About Me

I grew up in small town in Arkansas with six siblings.  We always lived in the country and raised animals and had a garden.  I learned from an early age about food and where it comes from.

 Then I moved to Idaho and studied Health Science with a minor in Nutrition in college.  I graduated a month before marrying my husband.  We have been married for four years and have a son and a daughter. 

As a child I remember cooking here and there, but I came to love cooking on my own in college.  My roommates always complimented my food and ate with me, and the love of cooking has only grown as I have been able to cook for my family.
